This Friday my husband and I decided we would go out for a casual night out for dinner: I wore some skinny jeans with brown tall flat boots, and a floral print shirt with grey cardigan, I layered with a blue/gold scarf, and a long necklace.
The results my hubby liked!
Casual outfit: Could also be worn for work.

Journey of Fitness

After I got married in August, I have realized that I started to gain weight. Now I know many times we hear that you get comfortable with your significant other, and well in my case I believe this to be the truth. Either way I decided about a month ago, that I had just gained to much weight in a matter of like 5 months..."Can Not be Possible, I told myself!" Matter of the fact is, it's the truth. So I've decided to start exercising again. So for the past three weeks I have started my journey, It has been crazy hard to get motivated after work and work out,but it has to get done. I need to get back in shape, and that is what I plan on doing.

Week 1: I started out by just first doing some Cardio Zumba here inside the home, too cold to go outside for me, so no motivation there what so ever.
So I would do my zumba, and then after that do some crunches at least 30

Week 2: I started out jogging and walking around the neighborhood
Then on like the 3rd day of week 2 I would jog and walk around neighborhood, and then run up the flights of stairs, my goal for the end of that week was to run up those stairs 6X!
Saturday of that week, that is exactly what I did, I jogged and walked mostly walked to save my energy for the stairs, but I ran up those stairs 6X!
This was my reaction "DEEP BREATHING AND GASPING!" I was exhausted...

Week 3: I've jogged and kept with the jogging up the stairs.
Then I had the opportunity to go out with my husband to a park nearby and we walked a mile together, which was nice because it was a moment where we were also able to talk and just have some quality time together which is so important.  Then we jogged the mile of course we went at different speeds, but that is OK, we still got the job done!

Week 4: This week I started working out on Monday
Monday: I did my ab work out through ZUMBA
Tuesday: Ab work out through ZUMBA
Wednesday: 30 min. Zumba Cardio, 20 P lie squats, 20 Donkey kicks on each side, 20 Fire Hydrants.
Thursday: 1 hour of Zumba Sculpt and Tone work out = Sweat all over my face!!
Friday: Kind of a day off, I did only 10 min. work out, but I started my 7 day cleansing today.
Saturday: Zumba Work Out, and cleanse.

My goal for end of the week is to go through the whole Brazilian butt work out!
BUNS OF STEEL that's pretty much what I am going for HAHAHA!

Finished Mural

OK so I had been working on a mural for a while now. It took almost a month just because of my work schedule lately. Thankfully though I finished it up on Saturday. After spending about two hours a day for a total of 7 day's probably. I was able to create an African themed silhouette mural.

The color of the walls were painted in a soft yellow, and the mural was painted in a chocolate brown.
After getting the approval and critique from fellow artists and art professors, I am proud to say that it turned out and was a success, I am very excited!

Please keep following me and my updates, and all the other nifty paintings and crafts that I plan to make. And remember if you are ever in need of some paintings that you yourself would like to ask for just contact me and I am sure we can work something out.

Let's Talk Business!

OK here I will give a run through of what I do.

I host different painting parties from kids birthday parties to just women or couples getting together to paint.
Instead of having to go some place to have to go and paint, I will come to you. I will entertain you all with a 1 or 2 hour painting class, where everyone will follow me step by step. Even if you have never painted before I can get you through the class with a pretty descent painting. And a time of relaxing, my motto is for the people painting to relax and enjoy!

I supply:
Canvas (you keep)
Table easels (to use)
Paint brushes (to use)
Acrylic Paint (to use) For kids and adults
Washable Paint (to use for kids if that's what parents prefer)
paper towels/napkins
paper plates
cups

What I would need from everyone is:
Table where everyone can sit and paint at
Water

I can also for children's parties offer some face painting, if you are interested in having a ladies night or a date night, or to throw one of your child's an awesome birthday bash follow the link below to my website.

New experiences

So today is the 10 of February, and I have not posted a blog in forever just because I had forgotten about it till recently. I would like to quickly give an update...

I got married on the 11 of August of 2012, were I married the man of my dreams.
It turned out to be a beautiful wedding, and one that I am proud of and happy about. Everything or shall I say almost everything turned out the way I had hoped for. Only two mistakes that I can think of, but no biggies. Our honeymoon was super sweet and relaxing, where we went on vacation to the Florida Keys, we were able to visit different areas in the keys which was so much fun. Going all the way to Key west, Key largo, and Marathon which is where we stayed. We enjoyed some good snorkeling, sunset cruise, and some great sea food. A vacation that I think will be made again.

I am now going on to 6 months of being married, and let me say that it is quite some getting used to. Getting used to the way the other person lives is a huge deal. But it is well worth it. I am very much in love with my husband, and am enjoying my new life as a married woman. True some times I get annoyed with the things the hubby does, but then again what girl does not. Thank God he is at the center of our lives to make things that much more worth while and for giving us the patience.

In the past year many things happened, I graduated college with a BFA, and obtained a job as an ELL Teacher working for Head Start. I enjoy my job, but I really would love to keep up with the business that I was trying to start up.

So as of now that is the latest and I will be blogging again soon till next time, this was an update with dreal!
